Ethernet wired connection keeps disconnecting

Hello,

on my DELL 5760,
I very often have micro network cuts.
This happens about once per minute.
my requests do not succeed and they timeout after 8 seconds.
The connection freezes for 4-5 seconds and then recovers.

It's extremely annoying, I'm a front end developer and I'm wasting a lot of time.

I tried all the solutions listed here without success:

For information, I have a low speed (4Mb/s and this never happens in wifi)
