Ethernet

Hi a friend of mine has a Dell Insperion 8200 She is having a problem where the laptop forgets the drivers to the Ethernet controller when it is turned off.But when turned on again and try to reinstall drivers it says that they are already intalled and do you want to overide them but it wont work uptil you have reinstalled the drivers.

It also asks to press F1 when the laptop is restarted its like the bios has been reset everytime it is turned off.

Please help
