Ethostream? Peer to Peer Network?

We have a Dell D610 and a Dell M70 running Windows XP /SP2. The wireless card keep finding and connecting to something called Ethostream. It says it is a Peer to Peer wireless network but we have no wireless in our building.

Has anyone heard of this?

How do you get rid of it?
