Exclude network with blank SSID from ProSet?
Hi,
There's someone in my building who has a network without an SSID that is just barely within range. ProSet pops up the notification every minute or so that there is a wireless network in range. Obviously this is very annoying.
I believe I could get it to stop bugging me about it if I put it on the exclude list, but it won't let me do that because the SSID is blank.
Excluding all blank ones would be fine.
Thanks for any help.

Why not let Windows manage your wireless network rather than the Intel Proset Utility. To do this, open the Proset utility, and check the box to let Windows manage the connection. The problem should go away.
