Why does the wireless not work? If it is only a card problem then the card can be easily replaced with another internal card. Are you really sure there's a hardware problem?
We are a bit nervous of trying to put in a new card so we thought we would get an external plug in one but need to know a model # of one to get if you know of one, I see dell has several on there site.
Again, are you sure the card is bad? Have you done any troubleshooting? Reason I ask is that usually unless something like a lightening strike the cards are okay, just a software problem. If you work with users like jmwillis you might be able to get this resolved without purchasing anything.
