Firewall Prevents SNMP

Our server has a program that communicates with 40 clients. It gets it mac address, IP address, and Computer name. Well it receives the mac and IP address and only a select few of the Computer Name. I contacted the manufacturer of the program and they said that it was the Windows Firewall preventing SNMP traffic flow. How to do make Windows firewall allow SNMP flow so my program on the server can communicate full with each client and get the information we need.

Message: Manufacturer of Program sent me

This is caused by SNMP polls being denied by your Windows firewall. There may be a way to set up a rule in your Windows firewalls to allow SNMP traffic from your machine.

But they didnt tell me how to configure my firewall to make it work. Can anybody help me?
