FIXED! Windows 8.1 Bluetooth disappeared...Not working

Question

First I pressed WINDOWS LOGO + R and typed services.msc and pressed ENTER Next I located BLUETOOTH SUPPORT SERVICE and clicked on it Following that, I clicked on the LOG ON tab. Then I deleted both passwords: leaving them blank and selected APPLY and then OK Next I went to the GENERAL tab and clicked on STOP : found under service status Afterwards, I went back to the LOG ON tab; deleted the passwords again and went back to the GENERAL tab. Then I clicked on START : found under service status After all this process I visited my manufacturers website; in this case Sony eSupport looked up the latest driver specifically for my PC by entering my PC model number and downloaded it.  Finally, I restarted my computer and VIOLA!!! it is now appearing and functioning.  Hope this helps anyone..
