Forgotten password

Question

Hi Everyone,   I set my parent's TrueMobile 2300 up a while ago.  I need to access the Control Utility to add my MAC address for the network.  I know the network password (WEP) but not the Control Utility's password.  I don't know where their manuals are or where their CD's are, although my guess is they're around the house somewhere.   I don't live at home anymore so I haven't interacted with this network in a while and I just completely forget the password.   Is there a way to figure it out without resetting it?  If not, how can I reset it?  If I reset it, do I lose all my settings?    Thanks in advance, Jared

The online version of the documentation is Here. Resetting the router is the only way to return it to the default username and password, and yes, all configuration settings will be lost when you do this.
