Getting a Wireless Connection takes Forever
I've got a 802.11b network at home that I had been using with no problems with a WaveLan card on an old Inspiron. I had a connection to my non-broadcasted, open SSID almost instantly upon starting up. I've gotten a new D600, and now it takes up to 5 minutes for the wireless connection to be established. Does anyone have any insight into speeding up the acquisition of a connection to a wireless access point?

Re: connection ...go under internet connections and change the refresh time ,as this will re see the open signal every 10 seconds ...
