Great...
(Inspiron 510m)
Got my display replaced the other day because of dead back lights, and since then the wireless connection won't work. Any ideas as to what could be the problem..? What I should look at..? Not too thrilled about having to dig up a new date/time for the repair guys to fix the comp again.

Make sure the antenna cables are attached to the Mini PCI wireless network card. See the following:

Have you tried using Fn+F2?
Additionally if that doesn't work, you could check that the mini PCI card is correctly seated and the antenna is connected yourself.

Did you try the Fn+F2 key combination as suggested by Bacillus?

Ok, checked it, it's all connected and looks fine.
Still doesn't detect any wireless networks, even though my stationary computer (the one I'm using right now) has no problem connecting whatsoever.

Thank you!!
Relieved, and not a little surprised, it was that simple. My world functions again. :)
