GX520 Broadcom NIC TCP checksum errors

Hello,

Our company is using Dell Optiplex GX520s. Recently we have noticed problems being disconnected from SQL. While sniffing the traffic, I noticed that EVERY TCP packet containing an ACK (acknowledge, including FIN/ACK, SYN/ACK and RST/ACK) that the dell host sends out has TCP Checksum error / invalid TCP checksum. I have tried the drivers provided by Dell as well as the Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx drivers from the Broadcom site.

Does anyone have any ideas? The checksum errors are being interpreted by Sygate firewall as an attack and the SQL sessions are being disconnected.

These are WinXP SP2 machines. TIA...
