Help! all my network adapter drives are lost!!

I NEED help!

I have the Inspiron N4010 and I recently had my LCD screen replaced everything seems to be working awesome...except all my drivers seem to not be working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for the device. I have no idea what that really means or how to go about fixing that. I know I could just redownload the drivers except my internet network won't connect to wifi or router so I can not get on the internet to download the drivers! Does anyone know what I need or can do to fix the problem at hand??
