Help connecting in USA
I live in the UK. My lap top automatically connects to my home wifi when I switch it on.
It is a Dell Inspiron
Last time in the US I bought a dongle for use on Virgin Broadband to Go.
It refuses to connect to the internet.
It is not the dongle as I got it from Best Buy and they tried 3 different dongles but all of them would not connect. They did try their best for over an hour but it just would not connect.
Has anybody any ideas why my laptop will not connect with the dongle internet access.
I can connect with any wifi access in diners etc.
Thank you for your help

Hi alanbear,
I would like more information with regard to this like the model of the system and also the operating system. As you suggested it may not be the Dongle, I suspect it may be a software or driver issue of the Virgin Mobile.
I recommend you to uninstall the software completely and reinstall it again. If the software is getting installed automatically while connecting the dongle, check with Virgin Mobile if the latest version driver is available and try to install it. In case you are still not able to connect, please contact Virgin Mobile technical support for assistance
