HELP!! deleted some programs...now what?

NEED TECH HELP...deleted some programs...now what?By heylsl in New to the Community?   I recently had a trojan and couldn't put it in 'chest'...so I deleted the files it was attached to. Files were: C:\Program Files\Save\SaveUninst.exe C:\System Volume\Information\...\A0128172.exe               '                                       and            192.exe Now...although I'm connected to the internet (can send and receive e-mail via Microsoft Outlook) I cannot get on web... Error: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. I am on web on a different computer in my home...How do i put those Files back on w/out and entire System Restore?
