Help get At@t inet your help for future problems dsl ?

I lose inet connection recently  had turn pc off trip off power stick pc And modem link,Pc blue dot not appear near clock. I was afraid used Modems  setup option restart ,reconnect I do all PC upkeep alone is very hard try anything unsure of help ask At@t try reply email over phone tech sent no response?
