The easiest way to find the correct network driver is to go out main support page, input your service tag, and the system will redirect you to the correct pages for your model. Once the pages load you can click on the Drivers & Downloads icon and select to find the drivers yourself. Don't forget to set the Operating System Filter so you see the drivers for the version of Windows that you're running.
If you look under the Networking category you'll find the drivers that you need.
