It would be very helpful if you stated which model computer you have and which version of Windows you are running. We could then have pointed you to the proper drivers to download and install on your computer, saving you at least one trip to the library. If you have the Dell Resource (sometimes called Drivers and Utilities) CD, you could try installing the proper drivers from that.
thanks for your reply. I have the dell 8100 and running windows xp but on my recource disk I don't have drivers for windows xp, it only shows win98,98,windows nt. Could you let me know what I need to do? I'm also haveing problems with my video moving in frames and my sound card isn't working. I tried loading my santacruz driver but its not working. Thanks
You will have to know which sound card you have, which video card you have, and which network controller you have. The chipset drivers are native to Windows XP for the 8100.

All Windows XP compatible drivers for the 8100 can be found at:
