You can buy and install either a pci wireless adapter as long as you have an open pci slot (remove phone modem card) or buy a usb wireless adapter. Brand isn't really important as they are all compatable to the wireless standard. Just find one that suits your budget and needs. Good Luck.
Thank you. I actually tried one of those when I first changed to wireless, the internet/phone company sent me one. It would never work. we spent 3 hours tyring everything they knew to make it work, so I sent it back.. I think one of those that you permentantly install in the computer would be better and stronger. Can you recommend one of those. I would appreciate it. I didn't know if it needed to be a certain size or what you call mg or kb etc.(i don't know what all that means) to work that Demension 3000. I once put a sound card in there by my self and there were more slots not being used. So I think I can installit if I had directions. Thanks you so much for your time!! Char.
