HELP! Wireless

Okay, please help me! I have an Inspiron 8200. And I've used my service tag to install ALL the drivers for Communication and Networks. And none of them bring up my wireless connection! I get a LAN connection but no wireless. It is soo frustrating. I cant seem to bring up the antenna thingy. I have an Actiontec MD56ORD v98 MDC Modem (already with a driver) and a 3 Com 3C920 Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller (3C905C-TX Compatible) Network adapter and a 1394 Net Adapter already with drivers installed. Please help!
