Help with Comcast high speed internet

Question

I have just switched from AOL to Comcast and I need help on how to do several things.  I cannot seem to copy and paste pictures on the body of email.  I am using Incredimail and nothing seem to work.  I do not know how to have more than one web page open at the same time and I cannot sent the web site link to another person so they can get to that site.  When I go to file and click on send and click send link by email, it seems to work but then it will not open when it gets to the sender.  I am in big need of some basic training on this new online system   am using.  Thanks for all your help.  BJ

For e-mail, I suggest Outlook Express, which comes free with Windows. You can definitely paste images into Outlook Express e-mails. Or, if you want a different brand, check out Eudora.

Thank you for your suggestions.  I will certainly check on both of them.  I have purchased the Premium Incredimail and may just have to ask for a refund before my 30 days are up.  thanks for your help.
