Do you have encryption enabled on the router? If so, have you entered the correct encryption key on the connection properities of you computer? Are you using the Dell Utility to connect to wireless networks or the Windows wireless utiliity?
Thanks, I was actually just on the phone with Verizon DSL to see if it was a problem with my service, and he was able to fix the problem. Just as you mentioned, it was a problem with my router. Thanks
