HELP!

Question

I have an inspiron 1150 i thought that it was infected, so i decided to completely reformat and reinstall system software etc. everything is working fine, except, in certain cases on some websites, when using either IE or netscape, images do not load. I have gone through preferences etc., and everything looks fine. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.. thank you!

have u tried going and doing the windows updates?
