 The "I" button is for AccessDirect:

The AccessDirect™ key is originally designed to allow the user to access a set of installed tools on the computer by default. The button can be reprogramed by the user at any time by performing the following:

1. Open the Control Panel window, and then double-click the Keyboard icon.
2. Click the AccessDirect tab in the Keyboard Properties window.
3. Click the Help button, and follow the instructions to reprogram the button.
