How can I close Microsoft Word?
I wrote a short letter on Microsoft Word and e-mailed to a friend. I tried to close by clicking X button on top-right corner and I got a message:
Microsoft Word You cannot close Microsoft Word until the Send Mail command is finished. Switch to the New Message first, and either send or close the message.
How can I get to the New Message and close it? thanks.

Which e-mail program are you using? If it is Outlook, open Outlook and see if there is anything in you Outbox or Drafts folder. Either delete these files or let Outlook send them.
