Copy them to a CD-R or floppy then copy them to the hard drive of the new computer?  If this is too simple an answer, please post back and be more specific in what you are trying to do.

This is really not a problem with Dimension - Networking, the topic of this forum.  You might want to post in the Software - Windows XP forum and state explicitly which program you used to back up the files to a CD.  If you just copied these files to the CD, then all you need to do is insert the CD in the new computer and copy them to a location on the hard drive of the new computer.  Again, it seems rather easy to me, but if you used a specific back up program, then it could be more complicated and someone on the Software forums will be more likely to be able to help you.
