How do I turn on internal wireless which deactivated automatically

Hello Friends,   I have Inspiron 6000 notebook, it has internal wireless and has disabled automatically, I dont know how to activate it. Same thing happened 2 month ago I tried alot then restored my system to the day when wireless was working, it worked and wireless activated with blinking of wireless icon on keypad area. But this time hard luck.   I will realy appreciate the help

Make sure you have the Dell Quickset utility installed and then try using the Fn F2 key combination which toggles the wireless radio on and off.   Steve

Go into Network Connections. It's either right in Start or in your Control Panel. Find Wireless Network Connection, right click and Enable it. That SHOULD solve your problem. It seems odd it was off automatically though. Usually if a computer has a wireless card in it, it is automatically activated. -Tony
