How do you uninstall Client Services for NetWare under XP Professional?

I am running a single .Dell 4550 with Windows XP Professional.  I have three Users Accounts set up and in the past we log in and off with the Winddowss Welcome Screen.  Recently something changed and we now have to sign on and off in a Windows XP box as the User Screen never comes up.  I have gone to Control Panel - User Accounts and I tried to change user's log in and off.   I get the message"Must uninstall Client Services for NetWare."  Under Control Panel, I found the icon CSNW but the only functions I can perform are "open" and "create short cut."  I also found CSNW as a listing under Control Panel - Administrative Tools, double click Services Short Cut where I can stop and disable CSNW but not uninstall it.  When I again went under Control Panel - Double Click "Add or Remove Programs" Client Services for NetWare is not listed as a installed program, thus I can not remove it.  We have no intention of running UNIX, Novell, or sharing resources, soooo, "How do I uninstall CSNW?   I would appreciate any assistance.  Thank YOU...
