Hi,
I would like to know if you are experiencing connectivity issues at home as well or only in the college.
If the issue is in the college only, please specify if you are able to see any networks or not?If you are able to see the network but cannot connect to it,then contact your college Network Admin. However,if you are not able to see any networks then the computer settings needs to be checked.Do mention what Operating System you are using on the laptop.
In case you are facing the issue at home and college, the wireless driver of the laptop needs to be updated from Dell’s support site. To update the wireless drivers, go to support.dell.com > click Drivers & Downloads > insert the system Service Tag > select the operating system you are using >go to Network > download the wireless driver.
Restart the computer and try to connect to your network browse the internet.
Please post a snapshot of the systems device manager in the forum.
Awaiting for your response.
Thanks and Regards
Priyanka S
