Before sending a file to the Bluetooth deivce, try to pair the device with the computer. Ensure the Bluetooth of the device and computer is turned. Please follow the below mentioned steps:
Click the “Bluetooth” icon on the system tray.
Click “Add a Device”.
Select the device from the list and click “Next”.
Select “Yes” if the pairing code is matching and click “Next”.
Note: If the pairing code is not entered within 40-45 seconds, then an error message "Adding this device to this computer failed" appears on the window. Click “Try Again” to start the process again.
Please try the steps and reply for any further help.
Are you able to pair your phone with another device and send/receive information? Is this the first time you tried sending informatino via bluetooth between your phone and PC? Is your phone capable of sending/receiving information when it is paired with a PC?

Are you able to pair your phone with another device and send/receive information? Is this the first time you tried sending informatino via bluetooth between your phone and PC? Is your phone capable of sending/receiving information when it is paired with a PC?

I tried it. My device is paired but whenever i try to recieve a file or send a file it doesnt get send!!
