I have been having problems with my Intel PROSet/Wireless...

I have been having problems with my Intel PROSet/Wireless device for a while now, i can't do a system restore because the problem goes back past what date i can do the system restore.  I try to contact dell about it but they aren't helping one bit, i tried deleting and then reinstalling the device but it hasn't done anything.  I got the problem right after i downloaded something from dell support telling me that it would help my intel card thing work better.  The error report comes up everytime i restart/turn on my computer and it says this.
