I need help bypassing a network

My boss bought a dell computer.  It did NOT come with a Window XP disk.  He thought it broke when it got knocked over and said I could have it.  I brought the computer home and a card was loose in the back so I plugged in and it works now.  HOWEVER.... at work, all computers are connected to a network.  When I turn this on, it ask for user name and password.  Because I'm not connected to the network at home, I cant get logged in.  I have administrator password, but when I try that, it wont recongnize it because their is no network available.  Is there away around this?  I dont have a disk that I can reload windows so I'm begging for help.  PLEASE!!!!  Thanks.

binkyburgess,

Contact your IT department at work. They should be able to get you connected.

Also, have your boss contact Dell by using the link below my signature. Since he's the origional owner and if you're in the United States, he can request a backup set of disks, so you have them if needed.
