If this ("click here <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed / replaced from this post by Dell>") is the wireless USB adapter you're referring to... I couldn't find any driver for it on Dell's download site.
I'm guessing the reason why, I had no luck finding a driver for the "Dell Wireless 3310 USB Printer Adapter" on Dell's download site, could be because it might only be intended to be used with only those specific Dell Printers.
I also did a search on goggle.com for a "Cohiba 3887" driver, which led me to this driver ("click here") and this driver ("click here").
I don't know if any of those drivers will do the trick... if not, then post the "Device ID" from the "Details tab" of that device's "Properties" in "Device Manager" (like "this thread" - easier to read if you log-out before clicking the link)...
