IE beta 7 problems

I was downloaded some updates for my computer and installed the new
Internet Explorer 7 beta 2. I decided later I did not care for it as
well as the old, so I uninstalled it. Since then I have had nothing but
bad news. I was able to download Firefox to use as my web browser, but
I would much rather have Internet Explorer. This error message pops up
when I try and run Internet Explorer.

This application has failed to start because IEFRAME.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all Internet Explorer
components, but still the same things happens.
In the process of installing Internet Explorer, this error occurs.

Setup has detected a newer version of Internet Explorer already
installed on this system. Setup cannot continue.

I have tried to run system restore several times but this error message
occurs.

Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Nothing seems to be working correctly, Hotmail,MSN messenger, with out the Internet Explorer.

If you could guide me in the right direction on fixing this problem, I would really appreciate it.
