Inspiron 500m Bluetooth

I have a 500m connected to a wireless network, I  also want connect to a Bluetooth device, however my 500m does not appear to have Bluetooth capability.

How can I check that I do not already have a Bluetooth card?

How easy is to install a Blutooth card?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Please update your Dell Community Forum user profile with the service tag of  your system.  To perform a hardware scan of your system, do the following:

  1. Start from the main support page.
  2. Click on the Services & Warranties link.
  3. Select the Current System Configuration tab.
  4. Accept the agreement.

jetsetkirby,

I could not find your system information from the tag.  It must be a limitation of the software here.  I suggest using the hardware scanning utility on the support site.

  1. Start from the main support site.
  2. Click on the Services & Warranties link.
  3. Choose the Current System Configuration link.
  4. Accept the agreement.
  5. Click the Hardware link.

Please post your findings.
