you tried the NVidia Suppot site:

The NVidia site actually points you back to Dell so it becomes a vicious circle. I am looking for the same drivers for XP with no luck. It may require installing an NIC just for XP support and disabling the onboard.

I have the same problem I download that file from ndivia but that did not work. Any other ideas
