Inspiron 6000 -- internal server errors

Hello,

 

I've had trouble with accessing certain websites -- that I can access from my "standard" computer but not my Dell Laptop.

 

I get an "HTTP 500 Internal server error" when I try to connect to some websites -- most recently http://www2.archiversonline.com/download

The download is necessary to upload my digital scrapbook for printing.

 

Has anyone ever come across this or have any thoughts on how to fix??
