Inspiron 8200 Ethernet Controller Driver Problem

I have an Inspiron 8200. I have a wireless adapter which works fine (even tried removing it to fix problem). However, my wired ethernet connection seems to be messed up. In my Device Manager screen, I have Yellow (?) listed under Other devices -- Ethernet Controller.

On the Ethernet Controller Properties dialog, the Device status says: The drivers for this device are not installed. I also get a wizard when I boot up asking if I want Windows to find my newly installed device.

When I try to reinstall the driver however, windows reports that it cannot find a suitable driver.

Help!

Hi Jerry-I went to the location you gave and I still get "Welcome to the found new hardware wizard. Found new hardward wizard. Cannot install this hardware. The location you specified does not contain any device information files." I just don't get why this is happening since I have not installed anything lately.

You downloaded the driver and tried to install it but couldn't?

You've exhausted my brain cells. Never had a device which wouldn't accept its drivers.
