Inspiron 8600-wide open to spyware-tried multiple programs

I had problems with Mcafee and I loaded Norton. After a while Nortone kept giving me msgs that it was expired. I did the updates ect... I noticed my computer running very slow when connecting to a office network.  I ran Spybot and removed the risks.  I ran Micro-trend and it found over 4,000 things.  I removed it and ran both again and they came out as 0.  I connected to our office network and I had just as much infiltration as before.   No one else has this problem when they connect. Our office has Firewalls ect... but my computer is wide open.  Any ideas to get this blocked.

A firewall will not stop viruses and Trojans from getting onto your computer!

Is there anything I can do to stop getting so much stuff or lessen the amount.  I have never had the problem on my home computer it only happens with my laptop.

You running an up-to-date antivirus program and doing at least weekly scanning for spyware using something like Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition?

Yes, I am running anti virus programs frequently.  I have been runnung Norton, Spybot, Trend Micro and AVG which is from my company.   As if today nothing was found on it and the computer ran great but when I took it to work and connected wirelessly my computer started running very slow.  I reran Trend Micro and many thigs were there and the computer did not even want to shut down.  I will try your spyware and see what happens
