Inspiron 9100 Mini-PCI Wireless problem

Ok, this is the second time I've had this problem, and it's a bit annoying, to say the least.

 

I had a Windows System error and had to reformat the drive today.  The error occured yesterday evening.

 

Before the error, I was running wireless internet in my bedroom from the hub downstairs without a problem.  The network was running fine (and still is).

 

However, after the reformat, I cannot detect any wireless signals...at all.  Now, I know that it's not the card or the adapter itself, as I've had this problem and it was fixed previously.  However, when it was fixed, I was at work next door to the person fixing it.  So, I have no clue what he did to it.  Whatever he did though, it worked.

 

And I would like it to work again.

 

And I've checked all the settings...everything is in order.

 

Help would be appreciated.
