  1. Hi,

If you do not wish to spend a lot of time with your system you can do this  do a system restore where in your system would be put to a date when it working fine with no issues.

The following steps leads you to do a system restore:-
1. Click on start- all programs- accessories-- system tools ---system restore.
2. You would get a screen select the option which says restore my system to an earlier point and click next and select a date where the system was working fine and it will perform a system restore and that should fix the issue.

OR

Try installing the previous driver from the support site support.Dell.Com not the latest one but the previous driver and should take care of the issue. Try these steps this has to fix the issue and plz let me know if the issue has been taken care off or else we could try some other steps.

Hi,

I would recommend you to uninstall the intel pro-set wireless from Add/remove programs and then downlaod the driver which shows the criticality as "Urgent" on the dellsupport site.

Click on the following link and downlaod this version of the driver:

First save the file on the dekstop n then run the sw, also recommended that you leave the folder as selected by the wizard.

Regards,
Jess
