integrated wireless 2200BG

Question

I have my wireless set up on my Insp 8600 that has Intel Pro wireless 2200BG I have heard there are issues with WAP settings, my settings are WEP 64 as I was told WPA doesnt work with or has problems with Pro 2200BG..... Is there anyone out there using the internal wireless Insp 800 and using WPA I am just worried that WEP64 may not be safe enough

My I6000's 2200BG is set to connect to 4 different networks without problems, all of which protected using WPA (either TKIP or AES).
