Intel 2100A Wireless card not working

Can anyone help? I ran the Windows setup CD on my Dell Inspiron 600. After that, my wireless card stopped working.

I am connecting to a TrueMobile 2300 Broadband Router. The base computer (running XP) is working fine.  The laptop is running XP Home. I tried running the set-up CD for the router on the laptop. It says it can't find the router.

The LAN card in the laptop works and the modem works. So I can get online if needed. When I check the properties of the Wireless card, I don't get the Wireless Network tab in the window. The window is grayed and the only button available is cancel. 

Any ideas?
