Intel 4965AGN Question

Howdy Dell Forum,

You've always treated me well in the past (better than official tech support) so I have a simple question for you.

I recently got this Intel 4965AGN PCI-e minicard from dell and I noticed there are 3 prongs on it instead of the usual 2. I know the card is wireless N, is the third prong for that N?

Also, a computer with only 2 prongs would only get b and g, right? If so, fiddlesticks.

Only two antenna are needed to support 802.11a/b/g/n. One antenna handles 5Mhz radio and the second antenna handles 2.4Mhz radio. The card works fine in my XPS M1330 with 1 connected to the white wire and 2 connected to the black wire. I get all 802.11 options. I do not know what 3 is for.
