intel pro 2200 compatible??

Question

i have a insp. 8500 and would like to add a mini-pc wireless card. which one should i go for? i've noticed intel pro 2200 and dell 1350 cards support b/g sandards and are perfect for my need, but will they be compatible with my system and also if anybody could tell as to why intel 2100 cards retails for almost double the price of intel 2200 even though it supports only 802.11b standard. is there any performance issues with the intel pro 2200 and will it be worthwhile purchasing it???

I have the 2200 card and like it very much. It replaced the Dell TM1300 mini pci I used to have because Dell's card dropped the connection far too often. I have had no problems at all with the Intel card and recommend it enthusiastically.
