Intel Pro/1000 P vs Pro/1000 MT
Can someone please tell me what the diffrence is between these 2 cards? OTHER that the fact one is on board and the other is PCI. Thanks

I have 6 new 2850's each has the same setup 2 MT's and 4 P's. I have searched Intel and Dell and can't find a way to enable NIC Teaming. I understand I should be able to right click the adapters in the left pane of Proset console and enable it. I have PROSet ver 7.2.5.1, MT driver version 8.4.21.0 and P driver version 8.4.21.0.
In addition to wanting to know the difference between thwm I would like to know how to enable teaming, a dummies article please. I am deployed to Iraq and the internet connection is so slow it will take me another week of searching in what most people can accomplish in minutes.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
