Intel WiFi Link 4965AGN Not in Device Manager

Almost since day one of the purchase of my Inspiron 1525, the wireless adapter randomly disappears from the device manager.  It will appear and work fine for several days and then disappear for several days at a time...what gives?  I've updated drivers, made sure the slider switch is one, everything I can think of and the problem is still random.  Any ideas would be helpful.  Thanks!
