Intel WiUSB driver not working properly?(win 8)

"USB-IF xHCI USB Host Controller driver is not working properly,hw do i re install this driver i have a disc i got with my laptop but cant find this particular driver in it

i am also facing this problems, problems after problems. The driver is not even listed on the product's driver page. It is not listed under chipset

Hi dinpm,

Please share the system model and operating system installed. 

You may install the chipset drivers and the Intel WiDi driver by following the steps below:

  • Click on the below link: http://dell.to/QjjZDA
  • Enter the Service Tag of your system and select the operating system.
  • Go to “Chipset” and click on the drivers available.
  • Download and install drivers by following the prompts on screen.

You may install the Intel Widi driver from 'Applications' category.

If the issue still persists, you can check Intel Driver Update Utility from link: http://intel.ly/RFeALf

Click on 'Check your system for latest updates' and follow the prompts on screen
