A breakdown?
No one here is going to bother to do that for you as this is a user to user forum. If you think someone from Dell is going to answer this question, I'd suggest that you don't hold your breath.

First I KNOW this is a user to user forum and a few of the other users have been VERY helpful when Dell tech has dropped the ball . I've gotten some pretty good tips and links on how to fix a few esoteric problems with my older Dell C series laptops . I'm not looking for 'instant' gratification but an accurate response , if I have to wait for a month or so for someone to drop me a line privately I'm fine with that . Besides I rather have a response from an average user than from a company support tech .
