After disabled WEP encryption that I can access internet through IE browser.
If I want to enable WEP encryption, how can I that?

Why don't you use the much more secure WPA encryption instead of WEP. If you insist on using WEP and your router and network card are not from the same manufacturer, you need use enter the hex key on the computers instead of the pass code.
