Internet Access

We have three profiles on our computer. We used to be able to access the internet from all three. Now we can only access the internet from one of the profiles, not from the other two.

 

When I create a new profile, I can't get on the Internet from that either.

 

I have been on the phone extensively with Dell and Time/Warner (Roadrunner) our ISP. We have tried a lot of things but nothing seems to work.

 

Do you have any suggestions. Have you ever heard of this before?
